Car seals are one time use economical options for locking Wheeled valves in the open or closed positions. Ball valves can also be locked if the lever has been designed to accept a lock or seal.
Car seals are self-locking when the cable is inserted into the body and pulled to achieve a firm grip on the lever or wheel of the valve. Cable cannot be released once inserted and has to be cut to release and re-engage the valves from closed or open position.
